About Career Pathways Program (CPP)
Who We Are
UC San Diego’s Center for Research on Educational Equity Assessment and Teaching Excellence (CREATE) and the Early Academic Outreach Program (EAOP) seek to strengthen education-to-workforce pathways by working in partnership with K-12 partners and UC San Diego. The UC San Diego CREATE Career Pathway Program (CPP) is intended to provide students FREE ONLINE personalized support and help them navigate their pathway to and through high school to their postsecondary institution of choice with a special emphasis in key industry areas, including Engineering, Computing, Business, Education, and Health. CPP will benefit students by leveraging UC San Diego’s existing program models, structures, and resources. CREATE will lead this program through EAOP and in collaboration with UC San Diego’s Enrollment Management and Division of Extended Studies.
