What is the CREATE Career Pathways Program (CPP)?

This FREE VIRTUAL program is available for all San Diego and Imperial County high school students looking for support exploring and planning their career trajectories. Whether you are interested in a community college, university, vocational program, or entering the workforce directly, we are here to help with personalized career advising!

How It Works

We provide a structured curriculum that gives high school students exposure to various industries and prepares them to take advantage of opportunities. As a CPP Student, you will:

  • Experience a blend of virtual learning, mentorship, and on-site experiences.
  • Engage with activities, live webinars, posts of upcoming events, and opportunities on our Discord community space.
  • Earn prizes, certificates, and opportunity drawings

"Choose a Career" Events

"Choosing a Career" events provide a day-long pathway-specific program meant to engage students in a wide range of interactive sessions, networking with faculty, conversations with fellow students, and workshops that outline the preparation needed for the field. Students leave with greater awareness of the options available, the preparation necessary, and next steps to make those interests a reality.
